HCCA is a non-profit organization specializing in information and advocacy concerning regulations and laws dealing with all types of community associations in Hawaii. i.e. condominiumiuns, co-ops, home associations, gated communities etc.
Hawaii Council relies on its membership network to refer issues that may affect apartment owners or community associations so that it can take a position to protect or enhance its members’ interests. At Hawaii Council of Community Associations, we want to maintain a reputation for delivering real-world results that make meaningful differences in the lives of real people, just like you.
HCCA presents your concerns to Federal, State and local lawmakers and agencies as an organized voice. When the Council speaks, they listen. There is strength in numbers and by increasing our membership, we increase our "clout".
